No More Hidden Christ (“NHC”) is a ministry of Mosaic Fellowship, a U.S. nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

No More Hidden Christ is a ministry name and brand of Mosaic Fellowship and is not a separate legal entity.

Unless otherwise stated, all products offered through this website are sold by Mosaic Fellowship. All purchases and payments made through the No More Hidden Christ online store are received and administered by Mosaic Fellowship.

Merchandise purchases are purchases of goods and are not charitable contributions unless expressly stated otherwise.

A purchase of merchandise generally does not qualify as a tax-deductible donation. Separate charitable contributions made to Mosaic Fellowship may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Welcome to No More Hidden Christ.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the No More Hidden Christ website, online store, products, and related services.

No More Hidden Christ is a ministry of Mosaic Fellowship, a U.S. nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Throughout these Terms, “NHC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to No More Hidden Christ and Mosaic Fellowship as applicable. For purposes of purchases, payments, contracts, and legal responsibility, the seller is Mosaic Fellowship.

By accessing this website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Mission

No More Hidden Christ exists to communicate and advance Christian beliefs, teaching, ministry, education, and public witness consistent with the religious and charitable purposes of Mosaic Fellowship.

The sale of books, apparel, educational materials, merchandise, and related products may help support and advance these activities.

2. Eligibility

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.

However, colors, dimensions, appearance, packaging, materials, and other product characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions displayed online.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may discontinue, replace, modify, or limit quantities of products at any time.

4. Prices

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or other fees may be added where required.

The total amount payable by the customer will normally be displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Online payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method specifically made available through our checkout.

Payment information necessary to complete a transaction is transmitted securely to the applicable payment provider.

Mosaic Fellowship does not intentionally store complete credit card numbers or card security codes on the No More Hidden Christ website.

Your transaction may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

Purchasing merchandise from No More Hidden Christ is different from making a charitable donation.

A payment made in exchange for a T-shirt, book, cap, poster, other merchandise, or another item of value is treated as a purchase and should not automatically be treated as a charitable contribution.

If any portion of a particular transaction qualifies as a charitable contribution, Mosaic Fellowship will identify that separately where appropriate.

Donations made through a separately identified donation process are handled separately from merchandise purchases.

8. Sales Tax

Mosaic Fellowship will collect sales tax where required by applicable state or local law.

Mosaic Fellowship's federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) does not necessarily exempt retail transactions from applicable state or local sales taxes.

The tax charged may depend on the customer's location, the type of product purchased, and applicable law.

9. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, illustrations, written materials, publications, videos, merchandise designs, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Mosaic Fellowship or No More Hidden Christ.

You may access and use website content for ordinary personal and noncommercial purposes.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from protected No More Hidden Christ materials without prior permission.

12. Religious Content

No More Hidden Christ is an explicitly Christian ministry.

Our website, merchandise, publications, media, and communications may express theological, biblical, ethical, cultural, and social convictions consistent with the Christian beliefs and religious mission of Mosaic Fellowship.

Visitors and customers are not required to agree with these beliefs in order to access the public website or purchase generally available merchandise.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your No More Hidden Christ purchase.

Unless a different policy is clearly stated for a particular product, eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

1. Eligible Returns

To qualify for a standard return, merchandise should generally be:

• unused;
• unworn;
• unwashed;
• undamaged;
• in substantially the same condition in which it was received; and
• accompanied by sufficient information for us to identify the original purchase.

Books and other physical products should ordinarily be returned in resalable condition unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please provide your order number and a short description of the problem. We may request photographs when they are reasonably useful in determining the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, exchange, or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. Customer-Requested Returns

If you return an eligible product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or for another reason not resulting from an error or defect attributable to us, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or unless the return resulted from an error attributable to us.

4. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Unless defective, misrepresented, or otherwise required by applicable law, the following products may not be eligible for return:

• personalized or custom-made merchandise;
• digital products after access or download where permitted by law;
• gift cards;
• items clearly identified as “Final Sale”; and
• opened or used products that cannot reasonably be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

6. Exchanges

Where inventory permits, we may allow exchanges for another size or product.

Exchange availability is not guaranteed.

Products purchased directly from a No More Hidden Christ merchandise booth, conference, event, or other in-person location may also qualify under this Return & Refund Policy when we can reasonably verify the original purchase.

Customers should retain their receipt or other proof of purchase.

8. Donations

Charitable donations are not merchandise purchases and are therefore not covered by this merchandise Return & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed through the No More Hidden Christ online store are sold and administered by Mosaic Fellowship.

1. Order Processing

We aim to process and ship orders within a reasonable period after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may vary because of inventory availability, weekends, holidays, conferences, special events, product launches, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances.

Processing and delivery dates shown on our website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

2. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will normally be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping charges may depend on destination, package weight, dimensions, carrier, and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly includes a delivery guarantee.

Weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

International deliveries may take longer because of customs inspections or other processing outside our control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment, refusal of delivery, or another circumstance outside our control, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
